In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the marinade together. Toss in shrimp and stir to coat completely. Transfer entire contents of the bowl into a plastic food storage bag. Seal the bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour. {I marinated mine 3 hours.}
While the shrimp marinate, soak 3-4 wooden skewers in some water.
When you are ready to grill, preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. Skewer the shrimp and grill 3-4 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque. Serve warm.

LOWER CARB OPTION: Replace the honey with sugar free maple syrup.
