    I’m a retired chef from Louisiana and residing in Nashville Tennessee now days. I had a stroke in 2013 where I was parilized on one side and recovered from that but one person told me to invest in a crockpot to make things easier for cooking. So I did and I am starting to cook this way and always learning new ways to prepare food.
