I found some turkey sausages from Fred Meyer. But the aidell’s chicken sausages would work equally well in this application too! Those are a little more readily available.

We had these last night and I wish I had made double the recipe! They were great. My husband loved them too. We are not big zucchini fans, but if I scoop out a fair amount of the center, they are just right.

Mine were up every 2 hours for what seemed like forever. Good luck with the routine…every time I thought i got into one, I blew it…..you exude energy in your posts whether you feel it or not. There is no way you can “train” for the sleep deprivation and I think it is one of the worst by products of having a baby/young kids. Feel your pain! Thanks for the wonderful zucchini recipe!
