These were delicious! I needed something for the oven so that I could work while they were cooking, and never thought of fajitas until I stumbled across this recipe! Already great flavor from the spice combo, but threw in some chilies and cilantro for an extra kick.

I used the oven method and it was delicious.. Also made the seasoning from Lauren’s recipe as I didn’t have a fajita mix at home and it was perfect .
