So yummy! I added cauliflower and celery as well as all the veggies you noted plus tomato sauce made from my garden tomatoes that I had frozen. Then, I added pearled barley since you suggested adding a cup of pasta. However, I added the Quick Barley before I let it simmer. I have enjoyed all your recipes!

I made this for dinner the other night and it was a hit! I used whatever frozen veggies we had and it came out perfectly. We enjoyed the leftovers for a couple days. Thanks Lauren!

I love hamburger soup and this recipe is close to my own. It even gets better the next day. I also put in barley because I love the texture. But anyway you make it it’s good stuff. Love it with hearty fresh warmed French bread with butter.

I love a good hamburger soup. This one sounds perfect! We usually serve with grilled cheese or homemade bread.
