Hi Lauren, this is such a great recipe, it’s so easy but it packs quite a punch and it seems like such a fancy meal. The last time I made it, I sliced a couple of onions and put a stick of butter in the bottom of the pan and then put the meat on top of them. When I served it, I spooned some of the butter/onion/sauce mix over the top of the meat, oh my, so good. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

This pork roast was delicious! I made it for my family, and it looked so good I ended up having a piece, too. That is a real testament to the recipe as I have never cared for pork and I have not eaten it in 19 years. Truly–19 years! Yet I had to eat a piece of this pork roast. It was really good, too! You can be sure we’ll make this again–easy and delicious.
