Excellent pork chops! The sauce is delicious, and the pork turns out perfect. Not dried out, retained most of it’s juices! My husband was disappointed there wasn’t more.

Made this tonight. I am not a big fan of pork but my husband is so I made it for him. The sauce was good however I think it depends on how thick the chop to determine how long to pressure cook. unfortunately mine turned out tough and dry not sure if I gave it enough time or too much.
