I did enjoy this recipe. I had one problem, I think my cast iron pan is too large. The topping didn’t cover everything and the ratios of filling to topping did not seem right. Next time I will use a smaller baking dish and I think it will be perfect!

i had the same issue. all my water boiled off and sugar reformed which i found odd. i increased my water to 1/2 cup instead and it finally worked.
