There are marshmallows–what can I do to the marshmallows to turn them into Fluff? Also, molasses is hard to come by–what could I sub to make gingerbread cookies and cakes? thanks in advance.

The oatmeal cookies lacked flavor. They were pretty bland. The frosting was decent. I needed to use a lot of the frosting in order to get any flavor thus making them too sweet. This cookies was not for me.

Simple enough recipe, but I think I would use 3 cookie sheets next time. My cookies ran into one another while baking. Not sure if anyone else had this issue. Great flavor!
