Sadly no that would not work since sweetened condensed milk is a VERY THICK VISCOUS LIQUID and almond milk is not. But maybe you could find or make a dairy free sweetened condensed milk.

Spray glass pan 8×8 put both ingredients together in a bowl and microwave for 1 min . Remove stir them together in put in the 8×8 pan refrigerate for 1 hr and then cut into little squares
