My all time favorite pie. But I was watching an episode of Great British Bake-Off and one of the challenges was a lattice crust. I mastered that when I made my first pie at 19 (newly married) and none of the contestants could do this. So I wondered if this is something unique to American pies? Do other cultures do this to their pies? Anyone know the answer? Maybe this is why no one will play Trivia with me.
