If you think making pizza is simple, try Pull Apart Pizza Bread (aka Bubble Pizza)! It’s SO simple to throw together and kids gobble it up!

Pull Apart Pizza Bread | Bubble Pizza
What can I make using pizza ingredients, besides an actual pizza? Pull apart pizza bread! Also known as the lazy Mom’s pizza. Maybe also quite possibly known as bubble pizza? I don’t fully know what bubble pizza is and I’m too tired to google it but, whatever you call it, you just cut the pizza dough into pieces instead of rolling it all out and top it like a normal pizza and bake. It’s SO much faster to make this way and super fun to eat.

Main Ingredients Needed
You don’t need much to make pull apart pizza bread. But remember you can customize the toppings and sauce just like any other pizza recipe out there! Here’s what you need:
- Pizza Dough – use store-bought dough or use my easy homemade pizza dough.
- Pizza Sauce – use your favorite recipe or just use the store-bought stuff.
- Mozzarella Cheese – a simple cheese that gets all melty.
- Pepperoni – a classic pizza topping!
- Italian Seasoning – used as an optional garnish.

How to Make Pull Apart Pizza Bread
For full details on how to make pull apart pizza bread, including increments, see the recipe card down below 🙂
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2: Cut Pizza Dough
Cut pizza dough into quarters and then each quarter into 8, so you end up with 32 small pieces. Arrange randomly in a circle leaving about 1/4-1/2 inch between each piece so they have room to expand.
Step 3: Toppings and Bake
Spoon and spread pizza sauce over dough, top with cheese, pepperoni, and any other toppings you’d like. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake until it’s cooked completely {especially in the center!} Serve.

Kids will LOVE this Pull Apart Pizza Bread and so will parents! My only warning is because these are small little bites, it’s easy to eat the whole thing without realizing it. So, just beware! It’s addicting.

Sometimes I use Rhodes frozen bread dough for my pizza crust. I bet the frozen rolls would (thawed,of course) work well for this recipe.
Where can I find you fail-proof pizza dough recipe? My grown son doesn’t like home made pizza because we can’t find a good dough recipe. I “need” yours. 🙂 I can’t wait to try your pull-apart pizza!! 🙂
