Macro Friendly Easy Coleslaw

This Coleslaw Recipe is a classic, from scratch recipe that will make you never buy store bought coleslaw dressing again! Not to mention, this little recipe is macro-friendly! Yay!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix shredded
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

for the coleslaw dressing:

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons truvia
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For the coleslaw, place cabbage, onion and parsley into a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, truvia, salt and pepper. 
  • Pour over top veggies and toss to coat. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. The longer this sits the better it tastes.
